Discover the Role
We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery professional who will drive end‑to‑end execution of complex, multi‑phase software and automation initiatives. The role requires strong ownership of delivery outcomes, excellence in Agile practices, and deep hands‑on expertise with Azure DevOps. You will work closely with global, cross‑functional teams to ensure predictable, high‑quality, and business‑aligned delivery across platforms and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex software development and global automation programs, ensuring timely execution within scope and quality expectations.
  • Own roadmap planning, sprint forecasting, release planning, and cross‑team dependency management across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to Definition of Done (DoD), quality thresholds, release governance, and performance standards.
  • Manage and resolve cross‑team dependencies by working closely with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Change Management teams.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are aligned with business OKRs and strategic priorities.
  • Establish and enforce Agile governance, delivery standards, and release readiness checkpoints.
  • Plan and execute Program Increment (PI) planning activities, ensuring alignment and coordination across teams.
  • Leverage Azure DevOps to maintain transparent delivery tracking, metrics, and reporting (Cycle Time, Lead Time, WIP, Flow Efficiency).
  • Work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with evolving priorities and business urgency.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring availability for critical ceremonies, escalation handling, and delivery alignment.

Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience delivering complex, multi‑phase software development and automation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Agile delivery frameworks, sprint execution, release planning, and scaled delivery environments.
  • Advanced hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, including backlog structuring, workflows, automation rules, and delivery dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Repositories, Pipelines, and Test Plans, with exposure to CI/CD and continuous testing frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing cross‑team dependencies and collaborating with technical and governance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across global time zones with flexibility to support distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Mandatory.
