- Reviewing GL, day to day accounting made by team in the Oracle software.
- Reviewing the parallel Tally accounting as per the IGAAP and making necessary changes as per the Income Tax Act requirements.
- Review of Various statutory compliances like payments and filing of TDS, EPF, PT, GST , FCRA, Form 10B and Income Tax returns etc.
- Reviewing Agreements and Vendor payment, payroll etc.
- Review of the financials and prepare the brief management summary
- Annual audit compliance handling and good at completing the Audit independently.
- Handling of queries related to any transactions during the contractual period.
- Manage relationship with banks.
- Reviewing the processes to identify any control gaps and suggest improvements and the same would be documented.
- Support management with financial inputs.
- Close coordination with the Auditors and other stake to ensure timely completion of the tasks.
- Good in communication and handling people/ multiple departments.
- Should be good in communication to handle the other country counterparts.
- Candidate must be 6+ relevant years of in accounting and taxation must be having good communication skill to handle multiple departments.
- Working knowledge of tax compliances (GST, income tax). Experience of audit coordination and financials preparation.
- Confident and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent commitment to job, positive initiative, a good team player and with right attitude to work
- Experience in handling clients will be added advantage. Knowledge of Tally is must. Knowledge of other accounting software’s such as SAP, Quick Book, Microsoft Dynamix will be added advantage.
- Working knowledge of FCRA will be an added advantage.
