The Senior Specialist works independently to cooperate with the team to provide excellent service to clients. With ability to supervise junior staff to serve the client and assist in project management.
· Assisting client’s recharge process on a quarterly basis
· Prepare the operating expense reconciliation on a monthly basis
· Assist with the preparation of Group reporting schedules ("DIVA") on a monthly and quarterly basis
· Review and approve monthly JEs of subsidiaries of client’s investment adviser
· Review and approve monthly service fee calculation and costs recharge for subsidiaries of client’s investment adviser
· Review monthly statutory and regulatory reporting for subsidiaries of client’s investment adviser
· Review monthly TB breakdown for subsidiaries of client’s investment adviser
· Audit support (e.g. EL negotiation support and review audit report) for subsidiaries of client’s investment adviser
· Tax support for subsidiaries of client’s investment adviser
· Assist in any Ad hoc tasks assigned by client accounting team
- Degree Holder in Accountancy or business-related disciplines
- 3 - 4 years of experience in CPA firms or multinational companies preferred
- Good knowledge of fund accounting/tax and banking procedures
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Pursuing or qualified in Local professional examinations
- Good knowledge of off-shore and on-shore fund practices
- Good knowledge of fund accounting system
- If not equipped with fund practices, candidates with solid corporate accounting practices will also be considered
- Advanced excel skill set
- Relevantly Independent and can train / guide junior staff members
