Discover the Role

As Transfer Pricing Supervisor, you will take ownership of client engagements, supervise and mentor a team and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful transfer pricing documentation and advisory services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical work and people supervision, and who is excited to contribute to the development of a growing practice.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and documentation strategies
    ;
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients on transfer pricing matters;
  • Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on business operations;
  • Lead and manage transfer pricing audits and compliance processes;
  • Collaborate with tax, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment and compliance;
  • Oversee global transfer pricing strategy across multiple jurisdictions
    ;
  • Represent the firm in high-level client meetings and negotiations;
  • Ensure quality control and timely delivery of transfer pricing documentation and reports;
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to talent development initiatives.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a consulting or advisory environment;
  • Strong understanding of OECD guidelines and local TP regulations;
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software, and financial modeling tools
    ;
  • Proven experience supervising projects and teams;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in client engagement, project management, and business development
    ;
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Law; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
