Discover the Role

The Senior Test Analyst plays a key role within TMF’s Digital Client Platform (DCP), responsible for delivering high‑quality end‑to‑end testing across a complex global landscape. This role ensures that all digital systems, integrations, and data flows used for global payroll operations meet functional, technical, and business requirements.

The position focuses heavily on Country Setup End‑to‑End Testing and also supports the validation of multiple integrated applications such as Lexicon, Optix, ENATE, Data Transformation Parsers, and related platforms. By ensuring seamless platform performance, the analyst contributes directly to successful client onboarding and adoption.


Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Preparation

  • Develop detailed test plans aligned with solution designs and business needs.
  • Support the Test Lead with test coordination, test data setup, and reporting.
  • Participate in test kick‑off sessions, environment configuration, and data preparation.

Test Execution & Management

  • Execute accurate and complete end‑to‑end testing of the TMF Optix platform.
  • Coordinate setup and validation of TMF offices and client environments.
  • Manage user profile setups and access rights for test environments.
  • Monitor test execution and ensure timely defect resolution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary contact for test progress, issue resolution, and planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and objectives.
  • Conduct review sessions and secure formal sign‑off after test cycles.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate test documentation — plans, cases, defect logs, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to testing standards, frameworks, and protocols.
  • Provide real-time visibility of testing progress through central tools.
  • Generate periodic reports showing test coverage, effectiveness, and improvements.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas throughout the test cycle.
  • Conduct post‑test analysis to validate readiness for go‑live.
  • Contribute to reusable testing templates, assets, and automation frameworks.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with teams across Lexicon, Optix, ENATE, Integrations, Parsers, and Local Payroll Offices.

Key Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Minimum 6+ years in software testing, QA, or similar roles (SaaS, BPO, ITO, Professional Services).
  • Experience in global payroll or financial services testing (preferred).
  • Hands‑on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter, etc.
  • Strong background in test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

Domain Knowledge

  • Understanding of Payroll, HR, Finance, Accounting, or Entity Management.
  • Experience with HCM systems such as Workday or Optix is an advantage.

Education & Certifications

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with test management platforms.
  • Certifications like ISTQB, PMP, PRINCE2 are advantageous.
