We’re looking for a Senior Trust Administrator to manage a portfolio of private clients and their trust and company structures. You’ll handle everything from setup to termination, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver high-quality service. This role involves preparing legal and financial documents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and supporting clients with regulatory filings and audits.
- Serve as the main point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to daily client inquiries.
- Serve as an Authorised “B” Signatory for the various in house licensees and managed trust companies/ licensees under the TMF umbrella.
- Attending to all activities relating to private company structures and trust structures from formation to termination.
- Administration of Managed Trust Companies/ Licenses including the preparation of the regulatory reports and ensuring the necessary filings deadlines are met.
- Preparing the relevant corporate resolutions and legal documentation.
- Maintaining share registers and client bank accounts.
- Liaising with other departments as appropriate.
- Preparing and reviewing of management accounts and annual financial statements on a timely basis for client entities.
- Monitoring client assets through the maintenance of bank account data and portfolio valuations.
- Ensuring that statutory deadlines are met.
- Maintaining exceptional levels of service across the portfolio at all times.
- Identifying and driving revenues within our existing private clients’ portfolio.
- Assisting clients with BVI economic substance, FATCA and CRS and overseas entities registrations as required.
- Assisting with the establishments of companies and trusts along with their administrations;
- Assisting auditors with completing the annual audits of financial statements.
- Performing applicable duties on behalf of the authorised representative for regulated entities.
- Corresponding with the Financial Services Commission, local Agents, and intermediaries and other parties for the completion of client matters and FSC filing deadlines.
- Ensuring that reporting and filing obligations for regulated entities are completed on a timely basis.
- Liaising with various government offices on behalf of entities.
- Ensuring service standards along with company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Diploma in STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within financial services, audit environment and or the offshore sector.
- Strong communication skills and client servicing skills.
- Ability to work in a team and to use own initiative when required.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and best practices.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and part of a team when required.
