The Specialist assists the Senior Specialist and Team leader in the Fund Service team in daily deliverables to ensure excellent service to clients.

·        Performs daily work with medium complexity, including preparation of cashflow reports and monitoring balance, preparation of journal vouchers, closing partial/full set of books, generation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.

·        Assist with preparation of management company’s reporting schedules on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

·        Assist with management company’s financial reporting on consolidated level.

·        Assist in management company’s statutory/tax/regulatory reporting on quarterly/annual basis.

·        Assists with Capital calls/subscriptions

·        Calculates the PERE fund’s Net Asset Values (NAV)

·        LP reports preparation and distribution.

·        Reviews Associate ’s work as assigned.

·        Liaises with auditors of clients to assist with audit.

·        Perform other duties as assigned.

·        Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting or economic and an accountancy qualification would be an advantage;

·        2 – 4 years of relevant experience in professional firms or multinationals preferred;

·        Experience in corporate accounting/tax and banking procedures;

·        Experience in fund accounting (PERE funds preferred)/tax and banking procedures would be an advantage;

·        Advanced excel skill set;

·        Good knowledge of NetSuite or DIVA accounting systems would be an advantage;

·        Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
