Discover the Role
As a Specialist – Information Security, you will serve as an expert on the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). In this role, you will work closely with Local Security Officers across the region to ensure consistent compliance with security standards and risk‑based requirements. You will oversee audit activities, manage nonconformities, and facilitate continuous improvement of security processes. Your expertise will help ensure that security controls across the organization remain robust, effective, and aligned with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and ISAE 3402.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Planning & Execution

  • Drive, coordinate, and monitor internal audits as per the organization’s audit program and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Local Security Officers and Functional IT Teams to plan and execute each audit.
  • Analyze audit requirements, prepare audit plans, and ensure timely distribution of plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact between auditors and Local Security Officers, ensuring smooth audit facilitation.
  • Conduct periodic workshops and meetings to ensure audit conclusions are fully understood by Local Security Officers.

Nonconformity Management

  • Manage, track, and monitor identified nonconformities across the region.
  • Ensure nonconformities are accurately logged in the system and that responsible stakeholders are notified promptly.
  • Support teams in implementing corrective actions and verify completeness of remediation activities.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Promote opportunities for improvement in the region’s information security processes and controls.
  • Lead or coordinate initiatives to enhance response procedures and integrate process improvements.
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise on ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, and related security frameworks.

Key Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
  • Expertise in ISO 27001 and ISAE 3402 standards.
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating internal and external security audits.
  • Ability to interpret audit findings, manage nonconformities, and drive corrective action processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, particularly with security officers and auditors.
  • Ability to lead workshops, meetings, and training sessions related to audit readiness and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
