As Supervisor Escrow, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and expanding our newly launched Escrow Services business line in the Netherlands. In the initial phase, your focus will be on laying the groundwork—establishing robust processes, implementing systems, and ensuring smooth client onboarding.

As the business grows, your role will evolve into leading daily operations, driving service excellence, and championing continuous improvement. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for all things Escrow—sales, contracting, onboarding, and payments—collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.

• Lead the commercial development of Escrow Services in the Netherlands.
• Leverage industry knowledge and network to identify growth opportunities and contribute to service innovation.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all Escrow clients.
• Act as a key contact for client queries and instructions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Support projects to implement and improve Escrow policies, procedures, and systems.
• Maintain and monitor internal systems for completeness of client onboarding documentation (CDD/KYC).
• Apply a risk-based approach to client onboarding in line with internal policies.
• Ensure standardized work practices and adherence to best practices in AML/KYC activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and service quality.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Law, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Escrow services, including AML/KYC and client onboarding.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards and risk-based approaches.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Proactive team player with a service-oriented mindset.
