- Draft legal documents such as service agreements and basic corporate documents
- Review and assess complex transaction documents
- Supervise the whole lifecycle of client entities from incorporation to liquidation.
- Cooperate with clients, notaries, law firms, credit institutions and auditors both during the incorporation and deal structuring
- Ensure compliance and AML regulations and internal procedures are strictly implemented
- Cooperate with accounting, tax and regulatory internal teams
- Maintain and develop good relationship with clients and business partners
- Promoting the work and values of the company to staff and external parties. Implementing strategies and priorities of the Team
- Act as manager/director of client entities
- Supervising, coordinating and coaching subordinates to ensure the handling of their tasks
- Develop and coach team members on their relevant needs and ensure a strong focus on quality and responsiveness
- Represent the Capital Markets Legal Team during client calls and events
- University degree in Law (Civil or Common Law)
- Minimum 6 years of practical experience acquired in legal fields (civil, commercial or financial matters)
- Sound knowledge of contractual, companies or financial law, acquired either in Common Law or Civil-Law jurisdictions
- Basic knowledge of regulatory framework applicable to Luxembourg-based financial companies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. French considered as an asset. German highly appreciated
- Client-focused, detailed-oriented and well organized; able to work both independently and within a team
- Previous people management considered as an asset
- Commercial awareness; ability to take decisions and perform even under pressure; integrity is a must
