Discover the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our global team! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent while supporting strategic recruitment initiatives in financial, HR, and administrative services in Europe within a dynamic and collaborative team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential candidates using advanced Boolean searches, social and professional networks, CV databases, candidate referrals, web sourcing, and internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Source and present top talent for specific roles or as part of wider strategic pipelining projects.

  • Build and maintain robust talent pools of passive candidates, ensuring alignment with business unit needs and staying updated on market trends and analysis.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings, to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with position requirements.

  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration throughout the recruitment process.

  • Represent the company and its opportunities in a professional, engaging, and structured manner.

  • Oversee recruitment administrative tasks, including updating ATS records and maintaining accurate spreadsheet reports.


Key Requirements
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

  • Excellent research and sourcing skills, with attention to detail

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Great English - German would be a huge plus, other languages are more than welcome

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
