Currently we are searching for Regulatory Services Officer to support our Team in Luxembourg.
- Preparing legal assessments or reports related to the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI), i.e., DAC6 MDR assessments, FATCA and CRS classifications and UBO assessments
- Supporting FATCA and CRS Due Diligence and Reporting;
- Conduct DAC6 MDR Assessments, determining reporting relevancy, perform reporting on the dedicated platform
- Providing assistance to internal teams (handling the day-to-day client work) with their regulatory questions and requests
- Acting as the local point of contact for international regulatory projects involving other TMF offices in several different jurisdictions
- Review and assess relevant legal documentation/advice from third parties
- Taking responsibility for delivering excellence in customer service
- Master’s degree in Tax, Law or in a related field
- A minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, with special focus on MDR DAC6 provisions
- Knowledge of FATCA and CRS and DAC5 UBO and DAC6 MDR;
- Capability to understand the EU regulatory framework and of international corporate tax structures
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team
- Fluent in English, specially written. French and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
