Discover the Role

As a member of our Tax Center of Excellence you will support our office in Philippines with keeping the entities compliant with local tax law and ensuring that tax policies and procedures are followed. You will be responsible for timely and accurate tax filing of VAT, quarterly CIT provisioning and yearly reporting, as well as support in preparation of the TP documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the timely preparation and filing of all statutory compliance with BIR, as follows :
    • Expanded Withholding Tax (including submission of alphalist).
    • Withholding VAT (including submission of alphalist).
    • Final Withholding Tax (including submission of alphalist).
    • Value Added Tax (including submission SLS and SLP).
    • Corporate Income Tax (including submission of alphalist for CWT).
    • Fringe Benefit Tax (including submission of alphalist).
    • Annual Information Returns (including submission of alphalist).
    • Documentary Stamp Tax (when applicable).
  • Key person in the maintenance of the Company's BIR Online Accounts (efps, eafs, ORUS).
  • Responsible in the annual submission of loose leaf books of accounts.
  • Responsible in dealing with the Tax Authorities in case of Tax Mapping.
  • Responsible in the reconciliation and communication with the Tax Authorities to resolve Tax Assessments.
  • Undertake Global ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required.

Key requirements
  • Has strong understanding / knowledge with the Philippine Tax Laws.
  • Minimum have 4-5 years in-job related experiences / experience in tax preparation.
  • Experience in Closed Tax Assessment case with Tax Authorities.
  • Have working experience in tax consulting firm will be an advantage.
  • Hold CPA certificate is an advantage but not required.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • Proficiency in microsoft office applications and other spreadsheets.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
