We are looking for a Technical Trainer for Global Solutions- Digital Client Platforms to create and
deliver various types of training, focused on Digital Client Services.
- Deliver instructor lead client technical trainings via online webinars for your corresponding
region/clients
- Coordinate workload with other technical trainers for other regions to assure knowledge
transfer and back ups
- Look for opportunities to generate additional revenue (e.g. by selling and providing additional
trainings to clients)
- Research and development of content based on Global Solutions - Digital Client Platforms
and client requirements
- Enhance user experience of Global Solutions - Digital Client Platforms by the creation of
engaging, effective and interactive training materials and training sessions (videos, e-
learning, online instructions, Q&A sessions, ad hoc sessions, coaching sessions, knowledge
contests, live client forums etc.)
- Work closely with, advise and support subject matter experts (such as the Content
- Developers and other business SME’s) to ensure the training materials best fit the needs of
all your clients
- Follow established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which
answers can be readily obtained and applied in training
- Has a good knowledge of your area of functional responsibility
- Responsibility for the content collection and management of Global Solutions - Digital Client
- Platforms learning webinar trainings, including but not limited to:
· Collection of input for new technical training material
· Configure technical curriculums
· Coordinate translations to English, Spanish and other language as needed
· Create scripts for voiceovers where required
· Update content of existing courses
· Create and assign courses to defined audiences
· Create short videos with instructions to follow (bite-size) and e-learnings organized with
Table of Contents
· Design, deliver and analyze training needs via different reports, surveys and other
available sources
· Promote training courses and constantly update them using various applications to
assure the content is easy to understand, attractive and functional (includes recordings
and online courses creation, News Letters, Viva Engage posts, Podcasts, gifs,
advertisements, etc.)
· Interact and work with the Digital Learning team members and/or functional peer groups.
- Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of information, plans and
workload, QA of each others´ creations, dry runs, etc.
- Maintain available training environments and sandbox environments, participate in
coordinating and planning of the updates within the team
- Create relevant exercises and/or tests for your trainees to compliment the training sessions
- Answer and follow up on questions relating to the technical training material, sessions created and delivered Balance competing demands of different projects Follow quality control measures to ensure minimum disruption due to error in the roll-out of all technical training programs Support other departments in assigned projects, when & where requested Collaborate in determining methods and procedures on new assignments, and coordinate your activities of other personnel (content developers) Having wide-ranging knowledge and experience, use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve issues in creative and effective ways
- Analytical skills and/or understanding of payroll online applications (hands-on experience
highly valued)
- Communication and interpersonal skills to:
· Collaborate with a range of people ensuring progress on learning projects and deadlines
are met
· Build collaborative relationships across multiple business functions at all levels
· Work effectively in virtual environment
· Excellent presentation skills, both in person and virtually
- English Proficient level (our working language)
- Proficient level in another languages (Spanish and/or Portuguese) both in written and spoken

- Technology skills to find your way around virtual platforms and tools, available recording and
content creation tools, etc.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience or degree in Product Development, Human Resources, Education,
Technical Training & Development, or related areas of study and 2+ years of experience; OR
Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field and 4+ years of experience as applications trainer
role with experience designing, developing and delivering technical training
- Vocational teacher who likes sharing their knowledge and enjoys helping others to
understand complex and abstract ideas translating them to exercises and understandable,
meaningful technical training and instructions
- Inquisitive mind with ability to learn new applications based on available sources (including
but not limited to written system manuals, analysis of data from the systems and live
operations observation)
- Creative person who likes leveraging technology to improve training programes and make
them more appealing and interesting
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or date requires an in-depth
evaluation of variable factors
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining
results
- Interacts with all levels of management and with key contacts in and outside own area of
expertise
- A natural coach who can adapt their styles to different personalities and cultures, allowing
students to reach training goals
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies available for technical training (live and
online)
- Project management knowledge to ensure the design and development meet requirements
of time, resources and administration
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
Ideally would also
· Have worked in BPO companies in project driven environment
· Have effectively worked in multinational environment and within virtual teams
· Experience in designing and providing training/coaching, preferably on applications and adapting it for different learning outcomes and audiences
· Experience with design models and technical requirements for creating effective training content
· Hands on knowledge on TMF applications such as Horizon
