Discover the Role

To fulfill the tasks assigned with sufficient coaching by experienced Associate and/or Senior Associate including but not limited to.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the preparation of the application documents for setting up and amending the business license of representative offices, foreign owned companies, and locally owned companies etc. in Vietnam.
  • Lodging the applications and official documents to the government authorities.
  • Supporting the senior team members in professional as well as administrative matters.
  • Assist to provide the legal advice, including obtaining licenses, visa, work permit, temporary residence card.
  • Assist higher levels to tasks related to legal consultation to meet the customer’s requirement on time.
  • Assisting senior team members in lodging the applications and other required documents to the competent government authorities.

Key Requirements
  • University degree majoring in law, or economics or business administration
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of computer skills and office software (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, internet search);
  • Be dynamic, creative and responsible;
  • Passion for such work and enjoy meeting clients regularly;
  • Proactive, meticulous, integrity;
  • Strictly observe confidentiality of information.
