As an HR & Payroll Trainee, you will join the team in an entry‑level role designed to provide hands‑on experience and structured development within payroll and HR administration.
You will support our experienced payroll professionals in the execution of administrative and operational HR and payroll activities, gaining exposure to real‑life business processes.
Given the entry‑level nature of this position, you will receive regular training and guidance to develop the technical skills required to become fully operational. You will also have the opportunity to build a broad skill set, including working effectively within a team, handling confidential data, and using HR and payroll systems.
The job is also suitable for students on final year since we are also open for part time work arrangement (30 h per week is minimum).
The contract is on definite basis - 6 months with possibility for extension.
- HR administration;
- Payroll administration;
- Provide payroll information to clients and organization of payroll related payments;
- Written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties;
- Labor legislation compliance;
- Social security and health insurance compliance;
- Preparing routine correspondence to various parties
- University degree or student in Finance, HR, Business Administration or similar;
- You possess good analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel would be considered as a great advantage;
- Communication and team work are your strengths;
