A Transaction Executive facilitates, processes, and monitors financial or operational transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and timely execution. They act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling documentation (invoices, contracts, reports), performing data entry, and resolving queries to maintain data integrity and smooth business operations
- Transaction Processing: Execute, review, and manage daily transactions, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and maintain documentation while ensuring compliance with legal and company procedures.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for internal/external stakeholders, providing advice, guidance, and updates on transaction statuses.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, reconciliation, and reporting on portfolio performance or transactional data.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve transaction discrepancies, including handling queries and managing exceptions.
- Bachelors degree in law, finance, accounting or related
- 3 to 5+ years' experience in Corporate Trust, Capital Markets, or client service in financial institutions
- Working knowledge of trust deeds, agency agreements, and loan / capital markets lifecycles
- Operating knowledge of payments mechanisms, loan operations or related
- Understanding of KYC / AML and client onboarding processes
