Discover the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to develop their skills in international tax and transfer pricing advisory.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation files in accordance with local and OECD guidelines
  • Assist in compiling and organizing data for summary information tables and other compliance deliverables
  • Communicate with clients to collect necessary documentation and information related to intragroup transactions
  • Participate in the review and analysis of financial and operational data for documentation purposes
  • Contribute to the preparation of functional and comparability analyses, as well as benchmarking studies, under the guidance of senior team members

Key Requirements
  • Relevant experience (up to 1–2 years) in transfer pricing, tax, or financial analysis would be considered a plus. Internship experience is also valued.
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Completion of military service (for male candidates, where applicable)
