As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

As a Transfer Pricing (International Tax) intern you will be supporting our fast growing team to help a wide variety of global clients to comply with Transfer Pricing regulations. You will be undertaking economic analyses seeking for tax purposes to determine the market-based pricing for all types of intra-group transactions including financing activities, intangible-related returns and operational activities.
You will be responsible for timely and correctly assisting in handling of matters concerning the preparation of Transfer Pricing studies, performance of economic benchmarking analyses and carrying out tax compliance monitoring.

- Contributing to preparation of transfer pricing analyses and reports and assessing compliance of transfer pricing policies;
- Analysing relevant intra-group transactions, assessing financial accounts and benchmarking intra-group transactions to determine market-based prices for intra-group transactions;
- Preparing the Country-by-Country Reporting notifications and reports;
- Liaising with client servicing teams on Transfer Pricing matters;
- Assisting in the business development;
- Final year student in Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, preferably in Tax, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or Law;
- Active Student Status under 26 years (we offer civil contract for this position)
- Capacity to work on average at least 3 days per week for six months and full time thereafter;
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and financial analysis skills;
- Knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines is considered as an asset;
- Fluency in English, good knowledge of French or German is an advantage;
- Working well in team environment and independently;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
