TMF Malaysia is looking for a Capital Market manager to join the team!


Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team consisting of Executive, Senior Executive and Assistant Manager.
  • To oversee on a high level the day to day Trustee Administration.
  • To attend Bondholders Meeting together with the PIC.
  • To guide the team on any technical queries from clients.
  • To discuss with the team on annual fee indexation.
  • To work with the MD of Local Office on the Budget for the Department.
  • To address queries from the Regulators from time to time together with the PIC.
  • To approve time sheet.
  • To act as a Director for SPV client entities;
  • To engage with prospect to understand their business needs and propose a fee quote.
  • To work with transactions lawyers and be involved in DDWG meetings for all PDS Programmed.
  • To work with Seller and engage with Intermediaries with business development matters.
  • To approve payments from Treasury on daily basis.
  • To be able to make decisions on defaulted portfolios on the next course of actions.

Key requirements
  • 9-10 years working experience in related field.
  • Preferably candidates from finance industry, trust company or with a legal background.
  • Client focused and customer centric service behavior.
  • Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, positive disposition, initiative, high integrity and able to work under strict deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English skills.
