TMF Malaysia is looking for a Capital Market manager to join the team!


Key Responsibilities
    1. Oversee the overall trust operations of Capital Markets & SPV department.
    2. Supervise the staff in Capital Markets & SPV department in daily administrative works
    3. Review and supervise staff in drafting and vetting of various legal documents, agreements, contracts, resolutions, trust deeds according to the Trust Deeds/Agreements 
    4. Provide quality administrative service to a complex portfolio of client structures and high net worth clients with timeliness and efficiency  
    5. Develop and maintain a network of intermediary relationships, including tax and legal advisory firms, asset managers, as well as accountants, bankers and other advisors
    6. Responsible in providing advices in relation to local business and Group compliance standard including pre, during and post stages for trustee’s services
    7. Keep track of new legal and fiscal developments, anticipate changes in legislation and translate this into opportunities for the business.
    8. Proactive develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide trust teams with customer feedback on pricing, service and quality improvements

Key requirements
    1. 9-10 years working experience in related field.
    2. Preferably candidates from finance industry, trust company or with a legal background.
    3. Client focused and customer centric service behavior.
    4. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, positive disposition, initiative, high integrity and able to work under strict deadlines.
    5. Good interpersonal skills, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Good command of spoken and written English skills.
