We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.



Discover the Role

The primary objective of the role is to support the Senior Compliance Manager in delivering contracted revenues for a portfolio of global VAT clients while maintaining or exceeding defined quality standards of delivery.

At this position you will also have opportunity to manage a team of Senior Associates and Associates to ensure timely and efficient delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

You will collaborate internationally with multiple high skilled experts across teams and regions to meet client needs and ensure VAT processes are adhered to.

This role gives you possibility to work mostly remotely with only few visits at our Katowice office per month.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the work of VAT Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring VAT returns and country-specific processes are delivered accurately and on time
  • Support allocation and coordinate workloads, manage internal systems, and maintain company databases
  • Liaise with network offices, Tax Authorities, and Clients when necessary
  • Support the training and development of the team, offering guidance, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with Senior Management on process improvements, change initiatives, and employee engagement

Key requirements
  • 4-6 years of VAT experience, including cross-border VAT knowledge
  • Strong background in client servicing (corporate service provider, financial services, or accounting practice)
  • Supervisory experience is essential
  • Structured, analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication skills for effective team and Client management
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach to ensuring successful outcomes and Client satisfaction
