Job purpose:
TMF Group are looking for an experienced Web Content Assistant to join our global Marketing team.
Working within a team of digital marketing experts, the Web Content Assistant role is key in the maintenance and development of five content websites and microsites, each tailored to specific language needs. The role holder will be responsible for making sure the websites stay up to date, are accurate and optimised for both usability and organic search.
The role holder will gain experience across various web processes from User Experience (UX) to project management and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
Website
- Day-to-day maintenance of website content
- Upload content to the Optimizely CMS, adhering to the marketing and company’s protocols and processes
- Work closely with colleagues in the Group Marketing, as well as internal stakeholders to ensure the website content, messages and campaigns are being produced in a timely manner
- Be an Optimizely CMS expert user
- Investigate, remedy and/or report any operational and technical issues
- Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing and the Optimizely environment
- Contribute or own the development of website projects
CRM
- Build new forms in Dynamics 365
- Conduct testing of new functionalities and developments on the CRM ready for deployment
- Coordinate with development teams to assist in testing web forms enhancements
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate user journeys and email marketing flows
Other
- Analyse analytics data to learn how users interact with the websites and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with development teams to assist in testing website enhancements
- Proven work experience as a website content administrator
- Familiarity with content management systems, preferably Optimizely
- Experience of writing and editing HTML
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including: SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Good written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and delegate where necessary
- Ability to manage own workload well and deliver according to deadlines
- Capable of working independently with minimal support
- Capable of problem-solving and critical thinking
Desirable
- Use of Dynamics 365, Adobe PhotoShop, Wrike, Google Suite of products e.g. GA4, GSC, GTM and Looker Studio, and SEO software i.e. SEMRush
- Working knowledge of OneTrust platform
- Proficient in one of the TMF site languages, preferably Chinese
