Are you a detail-driven student looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of compliance and entity management? Join our team in Amsterdam and support key KYC and compliance operations while contributing to exciting transformation projects.
- Assist with data migration into a new compliance database – accuracy and structure are your superpowers!
- Provide administrative support to the Global Entity Management team.
- Manage and organize large volumes of records, ensuring everything is up-to-date and audit-ready.
- Follow up on compliance alerts and help maintain clean, current documentation.
- Help digitalize and archive physical compliance documents as part of an office renovation initiative.
- Support the local compliance team with various administrative and ad hoc tasks.
- Collaborate onsite in Amsterdam for smooth teamwork and effective communication.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed – flexibility is key!
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working with administrative tasks and large volumes of data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work onsite in Amsterdam and collaborate closely with the team.
- Previous experience in an administrative or compliance-related role is an advantage, but not required.
