Legal Administrator will be responsible for legal and administrative matters of a designated client portfolio. S/He will maintain and develop relationships between clients and TMF Group by considering the existing procedures of TMF Group.
At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the offices in Katowice or Warsaw.
- Populate templates (e.g. (global) statements of work and related to service agreements) consistent with the service descriptions and legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist the Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel(s) with the creation of template documentation and other legal documentation
- Manage the execution process of global legal agreements, including the request of the document execution and the arrangement of the executed documents being filed and stored
- Drafting and review of non-disclosure agreements, novations and amendments
- Handle administrative aspects of the CCT SharePoint updates
- Assist with legal projects within the team
- Recent graduate from a Law University
- Previous experience in managing global legal contracts will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English language is essential
- Ability to work across time zones and with numerous stakeholders
