Discover the Role

Work closely with the Global Head of HR Administration to be the custodian of the global HR Administration offering TMF has brought to market. As such, this person will play an important role in communicating up and down the chain within TMF´s global network of offices as well as multiple internal stakeholders and be the prime source of knowledge regarding the HR Administration offering. Furthermore, the role entails covering for the Global Head of HR Administration in their absence.


This role will also have accountability for understanding internal operational solutioning and subsequent training of Local Office Staff and resources. The role will also work closely with the internal stakeholders at global level in developing understanding of the TMF HR Administration offering and will be accountable for the delivery of internal as well as external collaterals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Central point for collecting, maintaining and updating knowledge of TMF´s global HR Administration offering, and share with relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Organizing and orchestrating the regular scope review process to capture legal changes at local level, working tightly with the TMF Local Offices around the globe. Compile, summarize, sense check and prepare findings for final approval and distribution to the relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Onboard and include new countries into the HR Admin solution; lead the local change process;
  • Custodian of the regular maintenance of contractual documentation;
  • Central knowledge point for the service and first line of support in day-to-day operations for internal TMF stakeholders (including but not limited to pre-sales and sales teams, legal teams,…);
  • Support ISAE certification of the service;
  • Support building out of the proposition beyond the current scope;
  • Support communication through the management of the Viva Engage community, marketing activities, feeding of updates & issues for regular meetings and highlight where management attention is needed.

  • Comfortable with presenting and persuading a diverse audience;
  • Thorough understanding of HR and HR operations and an understanding of Payroll and the dependencies between HR and Payroll;
  • On hand experience with HRIS systems like Workday, Successfactors, Oracle;
  • Commercial acumen and ability to spot commercial opportunities, link them to the existing offering and guide internal teams as well as prospects from an initial conversation all the way through to a commercial agreement;
  • Fluent in English language is mandatory.
