The CDD Compliance offer will deliver quality-assured, timely CDD services aligned with global regulatory standards. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, fostering a culture of compliance, and driving operational efficiency through collaboration and leadership. Ideal for someone skilled in compliance, risk management, and team engagement.
- Provide and enhance a timely and quality-assured service to meet global CDD regulatory and risk management objectives in line with global and local standards
- Focus on value-adding activities, whilst embedding the Global Standards Culture
- Support the development of the function with a focus on improving the customer experience with better operational effectiveness
- Align and collaborate with GCC Supervisor APAC to deliver a ‘One CDD service’
- Support the delivery of high standards of CDD service, whilst at the same time ensuring that all internal (e.g. compliance) and external (regulatory) requirements are met in full
- Align and collaborate with all business levels to improve our service delivery and implement a more common, modern, simple, and efficient way of working
- Able to create engagement throughout all the team
- Support to ensure that the Global CDD Centre successfully provides CDD Compliance policy and advisory services to the 1st Line of Defense within TMF
- Foster a positive culture of compliance by working proactively with the local CDD compliance professionals to ensure that best practices are followed in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC, AML, and CDD compliance with strong regulatory knowledge.
- Deliver high-quality CDD services aligned with global and local standards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement a unified and efficient CDD strategy.
- Foster team engagement and promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
