Discover the Role

As a Junior Specialist you will be responsible for variety of R2R(GL) tasks. You will support R2R process in Internal Finance Department. You will have an opportunity to gain more complex knowledge and experience in R2R area.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review invoices and/or other documentation for completeness and compliance with defined policies and procedures
  • Ensure bookkeeping is compliant with group accounting policies and procedures 
  • Process invoices according to defined procedures in ERP system
  • Support activities related to Internal Controls and Audits
  • Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader

Key requirements
  • Good command of English (both verbal and written)
  • Student/University Degree (Finance and Accounting or Economics) is necessary 
  • Knowledge of accounting rules
  • Experience in similar position would be an advantage
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills
  • Good communication and team work skills
  • Proactive attitude and orientation on problem solving
