This position is providing service to clients such as silk road USD fund & China-LAC USD fund and its SPVs as well as ODI services.
- Assist leader in providing onshore and /or offshore company secretarial services and entity management to a range of client companies in various industry.
- Drafting of corporate documents in relation to entity incorporation, entity changes /database maintenance and ensure the requisite filings/lodgement are completed within deadline.
- Preparation of application documents in relation to bank account opening / updating and Lodgement to banks.
- To assist on regulatory compliance services for offshore Funds including the license registration/renewal, CRS/FATCA registration and annual filing, investor KYC and ongoing monitoring.
- To assist on the Pre-IPO structure setup and outbound related compliance services such as ODI filing, SAFE Decree 37 filing.
- Making calls / visiting government authority for consultancy.
- Daily communication with client and third parties.
- Handle other duties assigned by Line Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree with law major is an advantage
- Ideally 1 to 2 years relevant experiences in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm, fresh graduate is also welcomed
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills required
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Independent and able to work under pressure
