As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.


Discover the Role

Billing Interns are equipped with great attention to detail and analytical abilities. Their communication skills have a great impact on the relationships with TMF customers. Their main responsibility is day to day invoicing of Global Clients in a timely manner, ensuring invoice correctness.


At this role you will have possibility to work in a hybrid model with two office days per week from our Katowice location.


Key Responsibilities
  • Issuing invoices towards TMF's Global Clients
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure billing correctness
  • Review and evaluate financial aspects in contracts
  • Deliver the invoices in a timely manner using email & AP portals

Key requirements
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Person should be able to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Excellent ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks
  • Good written and verbal English skills (B2)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Student status, availability to work at least 20 hours per week
