Discover the Role

 The general objective of the job is to provide assistance to management and professional staff by implementing general technical and administrative support including, but not limited to, handling telephone calls, taking and leaving messages, directing visitors, receiving incoming correspondence, updating database information, preparing couriers, attending to office supplies, and similar.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and transferring phone calls;
  • Meeting, directing and registering visitors, offering drinks and providing other assistance, if requested;
  • Taking and leaving messages;
  • Receiving, registering and distributing incoming correspondence in accordance with TMF’s internal procedures;
  • Translating and summarizing documents;
  • Sending and registering correspondence by fax for couriers;
  • Updating information databases, enter disbursements and time sheets as instructed by Managing Directors and/or the finance director and/or Internal accountant;
  • Providing other assistance to Management and professional staff, as well as initiating any activities/procedures to improve of the quality and efficiency of Reception’s services to clients or its interaction with TMF’s staff as a team;
  • Attending to office supplies, including stock taking and ordering;
  • overseeing and attending to the cleanliness of the office;
  • Any other duty which is instructed directly by the Managing Directors.

Key requirements

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • High school diploma / Fresh graduates in BA Business Administration or students in their final year will be considered as well;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language is mandatory;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • High degree customer focus;
  • The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, and an eagerness to assist clients and other colleagues;
  • Some relevant work experience or internships in accounting or finance.
