Discover the Role

The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with our Global Entity Management portfolio of clients and our internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely delivery by performing the following activities:


Key Responsibilities
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the clients being managed including completeness of the “Know-Your-Client” files, proper debt collection, updated financial statements/Annual General Meetings/tax related matters;
  • Have adequate and correct communication with clients, relations and advisors;
  • Arrange for timely, proper and correct advice internally (for example from the legal team) and externally (for example from accountants and tax advisors);
  • Arrange for the correct and timely execution of duties as outlined in the service agreement between TMF Curaçao and the client;
  • Provide the clients with the requested reports and documents and make sure that these are in line with the local laws and regulations;
  • Work as a team with the COM, takes care of the “front office” while the COM takes care of the “back office”
  • Timely inform Management when he/she cannot meet internal/external expectations;
  • Find new business in own portfolio and develop new business sales leads;
  • Adhere to the internal procedures and meet deadlines and targets as set at the beginning of each year;
  • Aid the MD with local and international commercial activities; 
  • Responsible for own portfolio to be up to date in VP, FenX, GEM, debtors, KYC and perform periodically transaction monitoring on clients.

Key requirements
  • Education at Bachelor or University level.
  • Extensive experience in the trust sector or financial industry;
  • Financial and Legal comprehension.
  • Solid knowledge of AML laws, regulations and compliance best practices.
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable communicating and dealing with international clients.
  • Excellent commercial skills. 
  • A solution driven, decision maker and proactive professional.
  • Self-motivated, action and result oriented.
  • Social and interpersonal skills (good team player).
  • Capability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic business environment.
  • Anticipates and adapts quickly to changing organizational and business needs and applies creative thinking for solving unique client challenges.
