Discover the Role

As a Transfer Pricing Officer, you will join our fast-growing team to help a variety of global clients comply with transfer pricing (international tax) regulations. You will oversee a portfolio of clients and perform economic analyses to determine market-based pricing for tax purposes for all types of intercompany transactions, including financing activities, intangibles and operating activities.

You will be responsible for assisting Senior members of the team seeking to timely and correctly handle matters concerning the preparation of Transfer Pricing studies, performance of economic benchmarking analyses, preparation of Country-by-Country Reports and notifications and carrying out tax compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting other Transfer Pricing team members in preparation of transfer pricing analyses and reports (in English language); assessing compliance of transfer pricing policies;
  • Analyzing relevant intra-group transactions, assessing financial accounts and benchmarking intra-group transactions to determine market-based prices for intra-group transactions;
  • Working in a team to ensure a timely filing of the Country-by-Country Reporting notifications and reports;
  • Liaising with client servicing teams and clients on Transfer Pricing matters;
  • Assisting in the business development of Transfer Pricing service line.

Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Tax, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or Corporate Law;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Transfer Pricing (previous work experience in BIG4 is an advantage);
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and financial analysis skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines;
  • Fluency in English, good knowledge of French or German is an advantage;
  • Working well in team environment and independently;
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
