The HR & Payroll Supervisor performs activities related to payroll service providing for clients. He/sh supports the company to achieve the company goals, working in compliance with all TMF procedures and standards. The Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and guiding the team, delighting our clients, as well as optimizing processes and systems supporting the growth.

As a Supervisor she/he will also recruit, train, coach, monitor and organize the work and evaluate the performance of their team managers. He/she will ensure both technical and commercial service quality across its portfolio of clients.

• Conducting meetings and conference calls with clients.
• Time management: checks accuracy of employee time reporting and workload (timesheet).
• Manage, lead, and evaluate his/her team members.
• Share knowledge and payroll techniques to the team : train them according to the company
  principles and regulatory rules.
• Participate in the selection of joiners, welcome them, train them, and guide them.
• Check all work (payroll, charges, STC, end-of-year work, affiliations, validation of complex emails
  before sending) done by his/her team.
• Monitor the progress of the work and ensure compliance with deadlines throughout the portfolio
  through the schedule.
• Acting as back-up for the salary productions.
• Improving processes and ensure processes application.

• At least 5 years of experience in an accounting firm.
• Excellent oral and written French and English skills.
• Experience in managing a client portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of payroll techniques.
• Responsiveness and proactivity: know how to immediately escalate to the manager any new or technical or relational difficulties on a file or with a member of the team.
• Listening skills: listening to your team in order to create a relationship of trust and create total transparency in the management of problems, playing the role of privileged interlocutor within your team.
• Sense of management: know how to delegate, empower the manager, while being present and vigilant.
