Discover the Role

To fulfill the tasks assigned with sufficient coaching by experienced Accountants and/or Senior Accountants including but not limited to.


Key Responsibilities
  • Verify invoices, supporting documents for tax filing, payments and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare Bank Transfer Requests, upload file to Bank’s system.
  • Issue invoices on behalf of clients.
  • Declaring the Value Added Tax reports.
  • Checking / reconciling data received from clients before book-keeping.
  • Book-keeping simple accounting modules such as cash module, accounts payable/receivable module.
  • Document filing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key requirements
  • Final year students or Fresh Graduates majoring in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking.
  • Can work fulltime in 6 months.
  • Clear career orientation in Accounting/Tax.
  • Studying CPA/ ACCA/ ICAEW-ACA certificates is preferred.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Computer literacy.
  • No experience is required.
