Discover the Role

The Office Manager will oversee all administrative functions within the company. This role includes managing office maintenance, procuring office supplies, handling utility bills, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. Additionally, the Office Manager will serve as the company's local security officer, responsible for periodic internal audits, management reviews, vendor assessment and registrations, and ISO compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  Oversee office maintenances and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

· Manage the procurement of office supplies for printing, dinning, janitorial needs, and other necessities.

· Handle all utility bills and dues, ensuring timely payments.

· Maintain records of guest attendance and visitor logs.

· Manage IT assets, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory.

· Oversee the sending and receiving of mails and documents.

· Ensure the execution of documents by the management.

· Serve as the company's local security officer, handling periodic internal audits and management reviews.

· Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and other relevant standards.

· Perform other duties as required for the nature of the work.

· Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency

· Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties

· Assist in the preparation and management of the department's budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness

· Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled smoothly

· Maintain and update company records, ensuring they are accurate and easily accessible

· Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments to facilitate communication and collaboration. 

· Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained

Key Requirements

·     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

·     Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.

·     Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·     Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

·     Knowledge of ISO standards and internal audit processes is a plus.

·     Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

· Strong problem-solving skills.
