TMF Group is currently looking for a Valuation Manager to join our team in Luxembourg. Apply today!


Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the valuation process is consistent, accurate, timely and high-quality across all entities
Follow-up the annual audit of the valuation of assets for relevant funds and entities, collaborating with auditors to achieve a smooth and prompt audit
Work with the key stakeholders to implement standard operating models for funds valuation (investment teams, independent experts, etc)
Support the Valuation Manager in the preparation of reports and valuation committees
Uphold the Due Diligence Framework for the Valuation function and be responsible for the oversight on outsourced independent appraisers and service providers
Anticipate and address any valuation issues arising from investments, transactions or other matters
Collaborate with all departments of the Management Company to obtain the necessary information and support them when needed
Actively contribute to the growth and the development of the Company


Key requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the investment funds industry / alternative investments in Luxembourg (ideally in another ManCo or Audit firm) 
Team player with good communication skills
Experience as Fund Auditor or in similar analyst positions
Comfortable with Excel
Client-oriented and solution-minded, with “hands-on” approach
Dynamic person with ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
