TMF Group is currently looking for a Global Solutions Architect to join its Global Funds team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Fund Sales (FS) team, assist with RFP responses and provide material on TMF’s technology platform and applications.
  • Work closely with Fund Operations teams across the region on designing and proposing an optimal delivery model to support the client’s Fund structure.
  • Attend client pitches, demonstrating key applications and technology used across Fund Services to meet the client’s needs.
  • Support internal training of applications to new FS offices and users, helping to maintain a technical knowledge bank as it relates to Fund Administration and core systems/platforms.
  • Support the on-boarding of new funds and clients onto core systems/platforms.
  • Design and help build scalable reporting solutions for clients.
  • Design and help build bespoke reporting solutions for clients, where applicable.
  • Support and build data interfaces between TMF applications designed to provide an optimal solution to meet the client’s needs.
  • Support system upgrades and implementations including development of internal business proposals, supporting with testing, documenting processes and training.
  • Support with ad hoc technology and operational projects, as required.
  • Keep up to date with changing technology and market trends in relevant segments of the Funds industry.
  • Work closely with Business Development teams in terms of business opportunities and expanding our offering through active participation in sales pitches, solution engineering and potential workshops.
  • Support the pricing structure and client contracting process together with the Business Development teams and local management.

Key requirements
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Private markets, Fund Structures and administration of Funds across Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt, and across several jurisdictions.
  • At least five years’ experience working in a project management with a strong focus on effective collaboration, prompt communication and time management.
  • At least seven years in a client-facing role, including managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and experience with resolving issues directly and proactively.
  • ‘Can do’ attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Self-organization / time management: can organize and execute tasks within a specific timeframe; can deliver outstanding work to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload; pays attention to detail and delivers high quality work.
  • Ability to collaborate and to drive change in an international matrix environment with geographically dispersed resources and across a broad set of cultures and business practices. Flexible and able to thrive in fluid environments, without the need for rigid structure.
