The P2P Junior Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including invoice receipt and processing, expense claim management, payment generation, bank statement reconciliation, and cash balance management. This role requires strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of financial regulations, particularly within a cross-cultural and RDC environment. They will ensure accurate financial records and efficient payment processing, contributing to the timely closure of the accounts payable sub-ledger.
- Receive & record invoice or credit memo
- Validate &approve & post purchase invoice
- Settle credit memos
- Obtain approval for expense
- Submit and apporve expense claim
- Generate payment file & process payment
- Process bank statements
- Reconcile unidentified/unapplied receipts
- Manage local cash balances
- Prepare Cash Forecast Report
- Close account payable sub-ledger
- University/College Degree, Finance/Economy/Administration/Accounting
- Advanced MS Excel skills (mandatory) will be submitted for test.
- High level of concentration and organization;
- Experience in similar position (Minimum 1 years) and cross cultural companies
- Experience in RDC environment
