We are seeking a CRM Testing Specialist with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in CRM testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with extensive experience in various testing types, including System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and Integration Testing specifically for CRM applications, particularly within the Sales and Marketing module.

• Experience of minimum 3/4 years in CRM Testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Extensive experience in System testing, User acceptance testing, Regression testing, smoke testing, Integration testing for CRM applications Sales & marketing module
• Participate in agile concepts such as daily stand-up meetings, Query meetings, Defect triage Calls.
• Work proactively with the development team to ensure testing and development are streamlined in terms of processes.
• Take the lead for assigned testing tasks.
• Responsible for creating comprehensive test strategies, test cases and identify, log, track defects.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (TFS) for Test Case Designing, Execution and Bug Reporting.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Plan and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Finds and applies industry standard testing methodologies and technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development process.
• Interacting with team members to understand product requirements.
• Requirements Analysis, Finding Requirement gaps and report it in early stages
• Understanding and ability to validate CRM Out-of-The-Box capabilities, Business process flow, Workflows, Business rules, plugins and integrations, customizations 
• Knowledge of CRM security Model, Exposure to Power platform/Powerapps Portal/PowerBi Report testing 
• Ability to Understand Integrated applications to CRM solution and develop test cases that ensure the applications are validated as part of testing

Must have skills 

Functional Knowledge of Sales and Marketing modules of D365 CRM.

Nice to have skills: 

Test Automation tools e.g., C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, SpecFlow, etc

Designing and developing functional, automated test suites in C#, Specflow, EasyRepro for D365 application
