We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer


Key Responsibilities
  • 3-5+ years of development experience in a Data Engineering role
  • Worked in development role for atleast 3 Data engineering project end to end.
  • Knowledge of Data modeling techniques esp. Dimensional modelling
  • Working knowledge of Data Warehouses, Big Data and Data Lakes
  • Understanding of Master data management and Data Quality
  • Working experience on any RDBMS SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL
  • Experience handling Structured and semi-unstructured datasets like json, xml
  • Strong query writing skills, ability to write complex SQL queries
  • Experienced in extracting, cleaning, transforming and integrating data across heterogenous source systems
  • Experience of designing & developing pipelines for ETL / ELT scenarios
  • Good working knowledge of ADF / Databricks
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps

Key Requirements
  • Good experience of monitoring and troubleshooting Data pipelines
  • Experience working in an agile and iterative landscape
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • Strong problem solving and analytical mindset
  • Have a passion for solving problems with data
  • Willing to learn new skills and technologies
  • Self-starter with self-initiative and direction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions to engineering teams and business stakeholders
