• Review customer account recovery
• Monitor debt collection
• Align/follow up on overdue accounts
• Manage disputes
• Follow defined policies and procedures

• Student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related Technical or Technological field
• Very good skills in MS Excel
• Very good communication skills
