Katowice is also the location for our new structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

TMF Group has initiated number of technological improvement projects such as implementation of global ERP system (D365 Microsoft Dynamics) and central Payment and Treasury platform (Kyriba) that will greatly improve effectiveness of Group’s operations and further streamline Treasury processes. Group Treasury is responsible for cash management process in 87 countries, bank relationship management, risk management and other corporate related areas. As Treasury Intern you will be part of small team in a multinational environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from the global Team and interact with other finance functions around the world. We believe that this internship is valuable introduction to the complex of Treasury in a global MNC and provides hands on experience. This role will report to Treasury Manager.

At this role you will have possibility to work mostly remotely, visiting our office in Katowice occasionally

• Kyriba administration support
• Bank account (portal) setup and administration
• Support Treasury operations 
• Support Treasury improvement projects

• Working towards a bachelor or master’s degree in finance/accounting
• Strong excel skills including usage of macro is preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of banking products and systems is preferred
• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Available at 25 - 30 hours per week
