Discover the Role

Assists the Manager / Senior Manager in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies


Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

2. Prepare agendas, draft minutes of meetings, and circulate them for review of the line managers.

3. Assist in updating statutory registers for allocated clients in a timely manner as and when directed. 

4. Assist in proper maintenance  and archieving of documents, both physically and electronically.

5. Communication with allocated clients, internal teams and external vendors


Key Requirements
  1. Degree holder; member of ICSI
  2. 0-1 years of post-qualification relevant experience
  3. Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage;
  4. Strong knowledge of local country company regulations is required, and, familiarity with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions is an advantage;
  5. Excellent command of both spoken and written English
