In addition, we are on an ambitious journey of digital transformation to accelerate our business growth, improve our client satisfaction, and reduce our cost to serve. We are engaged in strategic initiatives and actions that leverage on innovative technologies including robotic process automation to optimize our service delivery model. TMF is undergoing a transformation of how we deliver services to our latest, global clients. As part of this transformation, we are establishing Global Practice Delivery organisation and we are recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to act as a single point of contact and coordination across technology within the HRP practice. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that any technical business analysis and governance can be owned and coordinated centrally to any local countries/regions/ markets who are implementing system changes, as well as defining and setting global standards which can be referenced in framework as we deliver services globally. You’ll work within a team of experts in the HRP practice but act as a single point of contact to complete and coordinate technology owned initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Type – Someone with industry-based HR/payroll knowledge and requirements analysis skills.
  • Experienced in service design, will display experience or tendency towards team and customer management.
  • Demonstratable organizational ability to liaise and manage cross functional teams delivering into projects.
  • Analysis and Design Type – Strong background with HR/Payroll in line with system development/implementation experience.
  • Analytical and solution design skills and the ability to assess at a strategic level for corresponding solutions and effectiveness in line with process efficiency.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills related to listening, facilitating workshops, articulating complex concepts both verbally and in writing and translating back to form clear requirements.
  • Technical Platform Type – Someone who can be competent and/or conversant in line with technical and DBA/Comms skills.
  • Knowledge or ability to grow knowledge in application environments and experience in a system support environment to understand.
  • Project Management and Organization Skills – Able to work to deadlines, form timelines and manage self and others to coordinate and complete tasks within required timelines.
  • Ability to self-manage, build relationships with others and collaborate to meet end to end delivery tasks. Interpersonal Skills – Align to TMF values and demonstrate integrity and fair play and respect to others.
  • Builds and develops cooperative and mutually beneficial relationships across level, geography and business line, demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills, and confident in handling difficult situations and working under pressure.
  • Problem solver and decision maker – Understand why the customer requires the solution and what are the key considerations required to make decisions.
  • Able to take the initiative to demonstrate decision making using data insights and anticipating needs and outcomes.
  • Makes timely and sound decisions and is confident to escalate or seek the required level of support as necessary.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant multi-country environment including experience as a Service Manager.
  • Experience working on multiple projects Competent in line with business scenarios around HCM/Payroll Implementation experience of HCM/Payroll or creating data extracts or reports demonstrating understanding of ERP HR systems and their underlying data structures Defining and structuring business requirements with ability to translate to technical design components
  • Fluent in English with additional languages a plus
  • Ideal:
  • 5+ years’ HR/payroll experience in a client facing environment Payroll certification Domain experience in Payroll Technical skills in line with ETL/Automation based software is a plus Business Analysis or Project Management qualification is a plus Lean Six Sigma a plus
