We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform analysis of business data to derive insights and set up the systems for Digital delivery. This position is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving operational processes.
The duties of a Business Analyst include gathering project requirements, analyzing the data, collaborating with stakeholders, and turn business requirements into digital flows.
- The candidate is expected to play a critical role in effective implementation of service delivery processes, ensuring that all aspects of the workflow tool are properly set up and integrated.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee that all milestones are met within the established timeframes and that the final delivery meets the highest quality standards.
- Ensure that the entire workflow implementation process and the workflow tool continue to operate smoothly and effectively
- Document the effort involved, the steps required, and the provision of information related to operational changes
- Create process maps and business requirement documents wherever required
- Support the business through user testing, providing expert guidance on the tool and processes
- Always update project documentation & other activities
- Ability to adapt fast to a changing environment. It also means a willingness to work outside of traditional hours, to provide support to situations demanding attention
- Perform analysis of business data to derive insights and propose process design improvements
- Project Management: strong skills in the different stages of projects which include planning, implementation and monitoring, ensuring that are completed on time, within budget and aligned with the organizational goals and business requirements. Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Process Management: Clear understanding of the specific service line business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement by proposing redesigns that impact on efficiencies.
- Problem-Solving: Identify problems and their root cause analysis and provide sustainable and effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Active collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and to document processes and procedures. Manage the expectations of the Stakeholders external as well as internal.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent working experience)
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (especially listening skills)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
