We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist who has a strong desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of direct tax laws and regulations, excellent problem-solving skills
Tax Compliance Services – Implant Requirement
- Monthly compliances- To fetch data from SAP B1, coordinate with AP/AR/GL and India business team to get required data for GST and TDS payments/returns, computation, and finalization.
- Tax Accounting - Providing entries to concerned team for TDS and GST payment and utilization and post correction entries if any.
- Coordination with EY/PWC and BSR team for monthly review and seek opinions if any.
- Balances of GST/TDS in books and reconciliation with return filed and electronic credit ledger- monthly
- Coordination with AP and CA for 15CA CB certificates and follow up with vendors for GST input credit mismatches and reminders
- Reconciliation of tax related GL’s.
- To Verify the monthly TDS/TCS data provided for TDS/TCS payment.
- Coordinate payment of TDS /TCS other than salary into government treasury
- To assist in preparation of TDS/TCS return and filing the same to government after confirmation from client.
- To prepare quarterly TDS/TCS certificates in Form 16A and coordinate dispatch of the same to the client.
- Quarterly compliances- Ability to file TDS returns including revised TDS returns and computation of advance tax working, 26AS reconciliation and tax GL’s reconciliation.
- Annual compliances – Ability to work with tax auditor and statutory auditor (to the extent of tax requirement) for data and preparation of tax audit file, also provide any reconciliations for GST 9C, if any.
- Saving of all data/file/returns in client's one drive systematically.
- To assist in assessment related data
- To follow up with vendor and customer and reply to vendor/customer request if any related to GST and TDS mismatches if any.
- Preparation of IRN and E-invoice on portal for Export invoices
- Preparation of Royalty invoice.
Must-Have Skills:
1. Proven experience in tax compliance and related activities, including monthly (GST returns and TDS payments), quarterly (advance tax and TDS returns), and annual (tax audit and income tax filing) tax computations. Expertise in both Direct Tax and GST, with strong knowledge of applicable tax regulations.
2. In-depth familiarity with government portals, including Income Tax e-filing, TRACES, and GST platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely filing.
3. Proficient in utilizing Excel for data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of SAP/SAP B1 systems for managing tax-related data and financial reporting.
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with AP, AR, and GL teams, coupled with a solid understanding of accounting principles to accurately post tax entries, manage vendor and customer transactions, and maintain full control over tax-related general ledgers.

Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- An advanced master’s degree, such as a in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, is preferred
- Professional Experience:
- Extensive experience working with government portals such as Income Tax e-filing, TRACES, and GSTN.
- Proven experience in using SAP/SAP B1 or equivalent ERP systems for managing tax data and preparing financial reports.
- Hands-on experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, including TDS, GST, and income tax returns.
- Practical experience in tax audits, statutory filing, and reconciliation of tax-related general ledger accounts
