Discover the Role

As the Junior Payroll Specialist, you will be helping our highly skilled payroll professionals in various tasks related to salary calculation. You will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF Group provides word class payroll services.

In this role you will gain valuable experience in payroll, develop your knowledge of payroll practices, and build a strong foundation for a career in this field.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of data that are required for payroll processing;
  • Accurate payroll calculation for the assigned portfolio of clients;
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the payroll documents;
  • Preparation of data related to wages, declarations, reports, posting;
  • Contact with clients and authorities;
  • Carrying out advisory tasks in matters relating to payroll

Key Requirements

The successful candidate has a strong attention to detail and good knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations and employment laws. You are familiar with MS Excel functions, and you can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize your work effectively.

 

  • Good knowledge of payroll principles and local tax regulations;
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet payroll deadlines;
  • Excellent communications skills to interact with clients and explain payroll related matters effectively;
  • Communicates effectively through written or verbal communication both in Danish and English.
