Discover the Role

Embark on an exciting journey with our Business Academy team. In this role, you'll support global learning initiatives, manage individual projects, and conduct research that drives team success. This position is tailored to align with your educational and career aspirations, providing a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a vibrant and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and draft learning solutions: Perform research and draft learning solutions for review by the team.
  • Coordination of global talent development programmes: Assist in coordinating global talent development programmes, such as the Mentoring and SkillUp Programme.
  • Content and Visual Updates: Update training content and visuals to ensure they are current, engaging and relevant to a global audience.
  • Administrative support: Provide administrative support for various projects and programmes.
  • Daily tasks: Complete day-to-day tasks with periodic review and guidance from your line manager or senior team stakeholders.
  • Team interaction: Predominantly interact within the Business Academy team, with occasional involvement in meetings or email threads that include the wider business.

Key Requirements
  • Education: Graduate or post-graduate student, preferably with a focus on Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning Theory and Design, or other business-aligned studies.
  • Experience: 6-12 months, based on standards set by the candidate's educational institution.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Adheres to the values of TMF Group in all interactions, both internal and external.
    • Shows awareness of stakeholder needs and business requirements.
    • Responds promptly to stakeholders' requests, aiming to meet agreed timelines.
    • Follows through on agreements and expectations, keeping stakeholders and team updated as appropriate.
    • Understands the impact of poor service and is confident in escalating issues when needed.
