We are looking for someone with a proactive profile, results-oriented, fluent in English and with experience in Accounting & Tax operations.
•Full-Cycle Accounting: Handle all aspects of accounting, including AR/AP processing, bank transactions, reconciliations, and the maintenance of prepaid expenses and fixed asset schedules.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP or IFRS reporting standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, provide financial insights, address inquiries, and deliver exceptional service.
• Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to a team-oriented environment, collaborating on tasks with 4 eye review to ensure high-quality results.
• System Reviews & Process Improvement: Regularly participate in system reviews to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Dynamic Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, analysing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing practical resolutions.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies while maintaining precise and timely record-keeping.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting or related roles.
• Strong understanding of AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate within a team.
